Dinosaur Obstacle Course
Obstacle courses are one of the most exciting and flexible activities you can include in a dinosaur-themed party. Little dinos can stomp, crawl, leap, and race their way through the course as they practice their jungle survival skills. Along the parth, they might cross lava rocks, duck under vines, tiptoe past dinosaur eggs, and dash through prehistoric challenges. Only the fastest, bravest dinos will make it to the end.
Activity Type: Craft
Age Group: 3+
Setup Time: 15 minutes
Play Style: Competitive or Non Competitive
Dinosaur Prep Tip: For the competitive crowd, time each dinosaur as they race through the course and keep track of the times. For extra fun, write the fastest times in chalk so eeryone can try to beat them. You can also let each child run the course twice and see if they can beat their own best dinosaur time.
DIY OBSTACLE COURSE IDEAS Create fun fun obstacle coures using every day items you already have at your home.
PRO-STYLE OBSTACLE COURSE Use agility ladders, mini hurdles, balance pods and training equiment.

Obstacle courses are one of the most flexible and fun activities you can include at a dinosaur party. You can create your course using items you already have around the house, purchase a few simple supplies or mix both together. Hoops, baskets, cones, chalk, pillows, stepping stones , and tape can all become part of the prehistoric adventure.
There is no right or wrong way to build your course. For younger kids, feel free to add a small dinosaur action at each stop-such as a dino stomp, a roar, an egg delivery, or a tail swish-before moving to the next obastacle. Choose only the activities that work best for your space, your group, and whether the party is indoors or outdoors. Make it easier for younger kids or more challenging for older ones.
