Royal Wish Amulet

Make a royal wish pendant, where kids get to pick a colored teardrop pendant and ribbon to create their own wish amulet. You can also choose to have a short coronation-style moment, guests receive their pendant and make a special wish before wearing their necklace home as a keepsake.

What You'll Need

How Kids Make Their Wish Necklace: Kids choose a colored pendant, select a ribbon color , thread the ribbon through the split ring, that you attached before the party, and tie the ribbon so it sits comfortably as a necklace. If you want to add the optional coronation ceremony, label the necklace so you know whose is whose, because you're going to tie it on during the ceremony.

Royal Coronation Ceremony

Gather the court: "Princesses, please rise. The Royal Court is about to begin"

Present the Amulet: Call each child forward. "Princess Olivia please step forward"

Place the amulet around her neck. "With this amulet, you are officially crowned a Princess of the Royal Court"

Optional: Have them place hand over heart and repeat, "I promise to shine brightly, speak kindly, and rule with courage"

After everyone receives theirs, ring a bell and say "By the magiv of friendshipand the sparkle of this day, you are all officially crowned.
