How to Set It Up

  1. Create train stations around the yard or play space.

  2. Gather the junior conductors. Tell the kids they are boarding a special railroad adventure to help find missing cargo, golden tickets, or a hidden train treasure.

  3. Complete each train challenge. At every station, kids must finish a small task before moving to the next stop.

  4. Collect railroad prizes or tokens. After each challenge, they earn a ticket, cargo piece, bell, sticker, or clue that brings them closer to the final train treasure.

  5. Reveal the railroad surprise. At the end, lead them to a small prize table, treasure box, or “lost cargo” station.
