All Aboard (musical chairs)
A high-energy train party game where kids chug, march, and race around a circle of chairs before the conductor’s whistle stops. This easy train birthday party activity is a fun railroad-themed version of musical chairs and works perfectly for backyard parties, indoor playrooms, or train-themed celebrations.

Stop the music suddenly. Everyone must quickly find a seat. One Passenger Waits at the Station
The player left standing is out for that round, and one chair is removed.Keep the Train Moving
Continue playing until one passenger remains and becomes the winning conductor.
Optional Train Twists
Conductor’s Whistle
Use a train whistle instead of stopping music. When the whistle blows, kids must find a seat.
All Aboard Seats
Tape small train tickets to each chair so kids are “boarding” the train when they sit down.
Chugga-Chugga Walk
Instead of walking normally, kids must move around the chairs like trains.
No-Out Version
For younger kids, don’t remove players. Instead, remove one chair each round and have kids share seats or stand behind a chair as a “train car.”

The train is leaving the station, and every little passenger needs to find a seat before departure! Children chug, march, and “choo-choo” around the circle while the music plays. But when the conductor’s whistle suddenly stops, every passenger must quickly find a seat before the train pulls away.
