Everything below is what you'll need to set up a simple perfume blending station. I've linked the exact items that work well for kids' parties.
Carrier oil such as Fractionated coconut oil (or jojobo or grape seed oil)
Set of essential oil plus these 2 set of oils
1 oz or 2oz amber glass dropper bottles (for pre-diluted oils)
1oz roller or spray bottles (for perfume)
3ml pipette or droppers for measuring scents
Small trays or cake stand to display oils
Small bowls for dried flowers or decorations
Blank labels or perfume name cards
Tip: Pre-dilute your essential oils with carrier oil before the party so kids can safely mix scents.

Your perfume bar can be as simple or fancy as you like. Arrange small bottles of pre-diluted scents on a tray or cake stand so kids can easily see their options. Set out empty perfume bottles, droppers, and small funnels so they can mix their own custom scent. Place bottles on gold trays or mirrors, add small bowls of dried flowers, petals, or sparkly decorations.

Perfume Bar Setup-2 days before
Before the party, dilute the essential oils with carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil (or jojobo or grapeseed oil
For larger parties and to account for kid spills, its best to use 2oz (60mL) amber dropper bottles to hold essential oils. For ages 5-12 use 1% dilution, putting 12 drops of essential oil per 2 oz dropper bottle.
For under 5 or sensitive kids use 0.5% solution and put 6 drops of carrier oil per 2 oz (60ml) dropper bottle.
Fill the rest of the bottle with fractionated coconut oil using pipette or funnel.
Leave a little space at the top for mixing.
Close the bottle and shake well.
Label the bottle with the scent name and now the oil is ready for the part
Tip: Always test a small amount on your own skin first to be sure the scent is gentle and store the oils in a cool dark place until party.
Next, for an easy day of set up, prepare the perfume base as well. Mix 50% distilled water and 50% witch hazel . If using 1 oz roller or spritzer that is 15 ml distilled water, 15 ml witch hazel
*This is optional. If you have older kids and want the activity to be a little more involved, let the older kids mix the perfume base themselves before adding their oilds
How Kids Make Their Perfume.
For older kids, have them make their base with the witch hazel and distilled water. If you already prepped the rollers and spritzers with the base, move to step 2
Kids choose 2-3 scent oils and add 10-15 drops to their bottle. Encourage them to start with fewer drops and more if they want a stronger scent.
Close the bottle and gently shake to blend the scents.
Kids can give their perfume a fun name and decorate the bottle with ribbon, stickers or charms.
Each guest leaves with a one-of-a-kind perfume they created themselves.

Most perfumes are created by blending three types of scents called top notes, middle notes, and base notes. Each type of scent plays a different role in how the perfume smells. Here's a quick guide to make you look like an expert, and it uses the scents that are in my recommended supply list. Use this guide when they make their own scents.
Middle Notes are the main scent of the perfume and help balance the fragrance.
Add 4-6 drops of a middle note.
Examples:
Lavender
Coconut
Frankincense (use just small amount)
Base Notes are deeper scents that last the longest and help anchor the perfume.
Add 2-3 drops of a base note
Examples:
Vanilla
Coconut
