ROYAL OBSTACLE COURSE STATION IDEAS

Petal Path Balance

Walk heel-to-toe along a "petal path" (tape, ribbon, or chalk line). Fairy Twist: Balance a flower, leaf, or tiny "fairy crown" on your head.

Mushroom Stepping Stones

Step across "mushrooms" (paper plates or mats) without touching the ground

Secret Fairy Tunnel

Crawl through a "hidden forest tunnel" (table with blankets, chairs, or cushions)

Pixie Dust Toss

Toss soft "magic orbs" (beanbags/socks) into a basket. Challenge: Land 3 spells to activate the magic or before you move on.

Flutter & Twirl Station

Do one fairy twirl and a flutter (arms like wings) before continuing.

Blossom Carry Challenge

Carry a "magic treasure" (cup, stuffed animal or flower) on a tray or book without dropping it.

Forest Jump Squares

Use tape or chalk to create squares to hop through-two feet, one foot, hopscotch style , or tiptoes.

Spiderweb Dodge (Forest Weave)

Zig-zag through "vines" (pool noodles, scarves, ropes) without touching them.

Tiptoe over the Moonbeam

Walk slowly across a towel or taped line using tiptoes only

Fairy Tea Walk

Carry a cup (empty or lightly filled) without spilling. Bonus: Pinkies up , of course.

Fairy Pose Freeze

Strike a fairy pose- hands on hips, wings out, curtsy, or sparkle fingers

Lost Treasure Dash

Pick up three "lost fairy treasures" (gems, flowers, trinkets) and return them to the basket.

Fairy Wing Flap

Flap arms like fairy wings ten times before moving on

Fairy Garden Cleanup

Roll paper "petals" (paper towels) into balls and toss into a basket.

Fairy Parade March

March proudly like a fairy leader through the forest (high knees encouraged!)

Build the Fairy Tower (Finish Station)

Stack blocks, boxes, or paper rolls into a "fairy tower" ...then POOF! knock it down to release the forest magic.
