

The Broken Wing Relay
This energetic princess game challenges children to restore the magical wings by matching the correct pieces together. It blends running, memory, and teamwork while staying completely on theme.
What You'll Need
Print out of Fairy Wings and cut in half (2 sets)
2 Poster Boards (to mount the half wings)
Open play space (grass, gym floor, driveway, or playroom)
Cones or tape to mark the starting area

Set Up
Prepare to poster boards. Attach half-wings to each board (number them for older kids)
Divide the players into two teams, giving each team the matching wing halves.
Place boards about 20 feet from the starting line
Only one wing piece can be carried at a time..
How to Play
Option 1: Fairy Wing Relay (Best for Older Kids)
Kids must complete the wings in number order
One players runs to the board, studies wing number 1, runs back, finds the match, and runs back to attach it to the board.
Continue until all wings are matched in the correct order
Option 2:Royal Teamwork Crossing (Best for Younger Kids)
Kids can complete wings in any order.
One player grabs a piece, runs to the board, and matches it to complete the set of wings
Repeat until all wings are matched.
Remind them to grab just one piece at a time
