Station Setup
Create the feel of an enchanted forest flower stand using baskets, crates, wooden trays , and jars/vases.
Separate flowers by type or color so it's easy for kids to choose.
Invite guests to choose 3-5 focal blooms, then add greenery or filler stems.
Once the bouquet is arranged they can wrap the stems with ribbon or twine, or place their flowers into a small vase, or jar.
For an extra touch, attach a small tag that reads, "From Moonlight Garde" or "Pixie Petals"
Fairy Magic
Add a sprinkle of "fairy magic" by including tiny faux butterflies, glittery picks , or soft moss around the station. Sprinkle the flowers with a fine glitter to seal it with a fairy kiss.
You can't go wrong with a table filled with colorful flowers. It instantly creates garden atmosphere that makes the party feel extra special.
Fairy Party Tip
If you're using real flowers, prep them before the party by trimming stems and placing them in buckets/jars of water to they stay fresh throughout the even.
For younger guest, pre-cut some shorter stems that will fit chosen vase/containers so kids can easily build bouquets without needing scissors.
You can also mix fresh flowers with faux stems or greenery. For the prettiest presentation, group flowers by color in mason jars or small buckets so the table looks like a charming little flower market.
