Cast your line into the dig site and reel in a prehistoric surprise

Supplies You'll Need

• Fishing Pole with clothespin attached or a stick, or fairy wand with clothespin attached.

  Small treasures such as

• fossil shark teeth

• mini dinosaur skeletons

• break-your-own-geodes

• dino excavation eggs

• gold coins

• dino chomper eggs

• gold vase filler

• pyrite

• polished stones

• 2lb assorted fossils

• Small bags/burlap poutch

• Optional: large gem

• Prize tickets (if using prize tickets for games at the party you can attach those as fishing prizes.

Station Setup

1. Hang a sheet, tablecloth, or cardboard "excavation site"

2. Kids use a fishing pole or stick string and clothespin

3. They toss it over the wall into the "dig site"

4. A helper clips a prize onto the line and gives a little tug

5. The paleontologist pulls/reels it back to reveal their magical catch.

Deep in the dinosaur dig zone, paleontologists have discovered a mysterious excavation pit filled with buried prehistoric finds.
