

Dino Mix Up Relay
This energetic dino relay blends running, memory, and teamwork. Kids grab half a dinosaur and run to the other side to match the other dino half . First team to complete all the dino matches wins.
What You'll Need
Print out of different dinosaurs and cut in half (2 sets)
2 Poster Boards (to mount one half of the dinosaur)
Open play space (grass, gym floor, driveway, or playroom)
Cones or tape to mark the starting area

Set Up
Prepare the poster boards ahead of time. Attach the half-dinos to each board (number them for older kids)
Divide the players into two teams, giving each team the matching dino halves.
Place boards about 20 feet from the starting line
Only one dino piece can be carried at a time..
How to Play
Option 1: Dino Mixup Relay (Best for Older Kids)
Kids must complete the dinos in number order
One players runs to the board, studies dino number 1, runs back, finds the match, and runs back to attach it to the board.
Continue until all dinos are matched in the correct order
Option 2: Dino Teamwork Crossing (Best for Younger Kids)
Kids can complete dinos in any order.
One player grabs a piece, runs to the board, and matches it to complete the dino
Repeat until all dinos are matched.
Remind them to grab just one piece at a time
